There are two ways to Install Linux-Mint09 from another operation system (Windows Versions). Indeed, I'm going to explain how to Install Linux-Mint09 by using the easy way. Starting from Inserting the CD that has Linux-Mint09 burnt on It, the system will play the CD automatically:

Then, I clicked on "Run min4win.exe":

you may see a permission window which asks you If you trust this program, well, you should press "Allow" to continue. After that, I saw a window which contains four buttons and I clicked on "Install Inside Windows", :

I fixed the Hard Disk that I want to Install Linux on it and I made sure that I don't Install It at the same hard disk which have "Windows Vista" Installed on. I fixed the amount of GB that I need to use for Install Linux. I chose the language "English US", user name and my password as well.

then I clicked on "Install".., Installation Linux will extract some files from the CD and this process may take some minutes..

when the Installation finished extracting files from the CD, It rejected It and asked me If I wanted to reboot my system or do it later.

Indeed, It's really Important to reboot "restart" the system to complete Installation. and I did not need the CD any more after this step..

I chose "reboot now" and then pressed "Finish".

when I rebooted the system, black screen came out and said: "choose an operation system to start, or press Tab to select a tool (use the arrow keys to highlight your choice then press Enter)", I chose "Linux Mint" then pressed Enter.. After that, Installation system process of Linux-Mint09 started and may took some minutes to finish up..when Installation finished, the system rebooted automatically and show a window which asked to enter the password of the user name that I chose. I put my password and logged in.

Notes:

- I Installed Linux-Mint09 beside Windows Vista, I mean I did not delete Windows Vista to Install Linux-Mint09.

- You can Install Linux-Mint09 by using another way but I seems to be more complicated.

- If you have any questions or problems send me a message "safety280@hotmail.com" or leave a comment so I can know.
